We assist businesses in raising funds through private equity route.

The process starts with understanding the existing business, analysis of growth prospects based on the current business profile and the current industry landscape, past trends and future expectations. Post that, we prepare a Teaser followed by an Information Memorandum containing presentation to potential investors. In addition, we help the client decide on the most effective capitalization strategy out of the various available equity raising options.

We identify potential investors for our clients that can add value to their future goals. We conduct preliminary consultations with investors and make arrangements for clients and investors to be able to understand each other’s business principles and strategies. We then help the client shortlist investors suitable for their business.

Finally, we negotiate and finalize definitive terms of the agreement with the potential investor, complete the required documentation and mobilize the equity.
